in the following areas:
- Information tables
- Reserved seating
- Prow Room
- Spotters/floaters
- Parking attendants
Doors to the Carlson Center open at noon, processional line-up begins at 12:20 p.m.
and the ceremony begins at 1:20 p.m. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 11:30 a.m.
to go over assignments and receive guidance on how the day should unfold.
Volunteers don't have to be on site for the duration of commencement. The bulk of volunteer work takes place upon guests' arrival, between noon and 1:30 p.m.
