Admin Services open forums scheduled

Vice Chancellor Pat Pitney and the Administrative Services directors will host two upcoming open forums.
- 3:30 – 5 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 11, 109 Butrovich, Board of Regents Conference Room
- 9 – 10:30 a.m., Friday, Oct. 14, E-live web conference for rural campuses and remote sites:
Agenda items for both sessions include:
- Introduction of new Admin Services staff
- UA strategic direction
- FY13 budget request overview
- Capital project updates
- Admin Services process improvement efforts
- Heat and power plant upgrades
- Q&A with the administrative services directors
Deans, directors, department heads, fiscal managers and grant awardees are encouraged to attend. The forum is open to all staff.
