Question 1: Do employees who are placed on administrative leave full receive their full salary? If so, are they allowed to take other employment while they are on administrative leave? Does the university make any attempt to track this?

Question 2: What are the circumstances in which an employee can take an unpaid leave of absence? How long can the leave be for?
