Administrative Services forum scheduled for Dec. 2

Vice Chancellor Pat Pitney will host an Administrative Services open forum on Tuesday, Dec. 2, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. in Schaible Auditorium. The forum will also be available via Blackboard Collaborate at http://goo.gl/AkKaAU.

Preliminary agenda items include:

• Fiscal years 2015 and 2016 budget updates


• Using InfoEd SPIN to find funding opportunities


• Printing services update


• Energy use trends


• General Q&A

The forum is open to all staff and faculty. Deans, directors, department heads, executive officers, fiscal managers and grant awardees are encouraged to attend.
