Administrative Services forum will be March 27

Vice Chancellor Pat Pitney and directors from the UAF Division of Administrative Services will
host an open forum on Thursday, March 27, from 3:30–5  p.m. in the Murie
Auditorium.

The preliminary agenda includes:


  • New staff introductions

  • Fiscal year 2014 and 2015 budget update

  • Summer construction preview

  • New training website

  • Travel module update

  • Procurement fiscal year-end

  • Q&A with Administrative Services directors


The forum is open to all staff and faculty. Deans, directors, fiscal
managers and grant awardees are encouraged to attend.

Delivery format for remote site participants is pending, but will likely be
via Blackboard Collaborate. Information will be posted online by Monday, March 24.
