Since this article's 2019 publication, the Alaska History Store has closed its doors.The Alaska History Store is having a half-off sale! The store, located in 334 Rasmuson
Library, sells reproductions of historical maps and photographs from the UAF collections.
Some images are also on display for browsing on the fourth floor of the library, in
front of the circulation desk.
After placing an order online or in person, you will be notified the next business
day of which items will receive 50% off. Before your card is charged, you will have
the opportunity to modify or delete nonsale items, if desired. The offer is limited
to stock already in print.
