Arctic Java now open in Wood Center

Arctic Java, located on the first level of the newly renovated Wood Center, is now
open. With a daily rotating menu of breakfast and lunch items, Arctic Java combines
delicious food and a welcoming environment to create the place to be.
The breakfast menu will rotate offerings such as Denver omelette-stuffed crepes, bacon
and cheddar quiches, and sausage and egg biscuits. Daily items include doughnuts,
muffins and bagels.
Lunch will rotate items such as smoked ham and Jarlsberg Swiss on ciabatta with olive
tapenade; caprese (spinach, roma tomato, mozzarella and basil) on whole wheat with
roasted red pepper and balsamic dressing; and various panini sandwiches, salads and
calzones. Desserts include cookies, cheesecakes, tortes and other items.
Arctic Java is open 8 a.m.–4 p.m., Monday–Friday, until Aug. 29. Hours from Aug. 30
through Sept. 1 will vary. Beginning Sept. 2, regular hours will resume.
Dine Forty-nine, the main cafeteria on Wood Center's second level, will open on orientation
weekend, Sunday, Aug. 31.
