Art Buswell Public Service Award nominations

The selection committee for the Art Buswell Public Service Award is accepting nominations for a graduating senior who has demonstrated a commitment
to public service outside of their academic achievement.
The award was established in recognition of Dr. Arthur "Art" Buswell's
community contributions. The award is presented each spring to a
graduating UAF student, who epitomizes Art's spirit of service through his
or her own commitment to improving their community and the University of
Alaska.
The recipient of this award will receive $1,000 and will be recognized at
an award ceremony prior to the UAF Commencement ceremony. Nominations are due by
5 p.m. March 8, 2013. The nomination form can be found online at
