Art department activities in May and June

The Art department is offering special events to round out the school year.

Danny Pierce, UAF's 2012 honorary doctor of fine arts recipient, will have his prints and paintings featured at the Well Street Art Company and in the UAF Art department display cases until the end of May.

Klara Maisch's BFA Exhibit in printmaking will be in the UAF Art Gallery from May 14 - 25. Her opening reception is from 6 - 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15.

This Visual Arts Program for students grades 6 through 12 will run daily from June 4 - 15. Sign up early to get early classes. Call 474-7530 for more information.
