'Avenue Q' opens in November

Avenue Q posterThe Tony Award-winning musical "Avenue Q," produced by Theatre UAF and Interior Independent Theatre, opens Friday, Nov. 9, in the Salisbury Theatre. A pay-what-you-can preview is Thursday, Nov. 8.

"Avenue Q" is a puppet-filled musical comedy that follows a group of 20-somethings seeking their purpose in the big city. The play  is rated R for sexual content and profane language, and is only for ages 17 and older. Children are not allowed.

Saturday, Nov. 10, 7:30 p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 11, 2 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 16, 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 17, 7:30 p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 18, 2 p.m.

Tickets (purchased ahead of time)
$10 students (must be 17 or older)
$15 seniors/ military/UAF faculty and staff
$20 adults
ADA tickets available at box office
*$2 more at the door
