'Before the Flood' coming to campus

"Before the Flood," a film about climate change, will be shown at 6 p.m., Tuesday,
Nov. 1, at Arctic Java in Wood Center.The film presents a riveting account of the dramatic changes now occurring around the world due to climate change, as well as the individual and societal actions we can take to prevent catastrophic disruption of life on the planet.
"Before the Flood" was produced by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Fisher Stevens and Academy Award-winning actor, environmental activist and UN Messenger of Peace Leonardo DiCaprio.
The Nanook Diversity and Action Center is sponsoring the screening in partnership
with National Geographic.
