Biometric screenings available at Staff Appreciation Day

Biometric screenings will be available as part of Staff Appreciation Day, Wednesday, May 14, from 7:30–11:30 a.m.

The online scheduler is now open for registration and will close May 2.

Register for an onsite appointment by:

Web registration is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.You may also call 866-908-9440.

Here are more details:

• Each screening lasts 10-12 minutes.


• Participants should fast for nine hours before screening.


• Spouses can participate in the event.


• An additional screening date will be announced at a later time.
