Blackboard outage

OIT is currently working to restore services for Blackboard and other affected systems. System status can be followed on twitter @oitsupport.

Multiple services at UAF, UAA and UAS are being affected including but not limited to Blackboard Learn, DegreeWorks, Citrix, Roxen and Service Manager.

There could also be issues with UAF and SW email/lists

We are experiencing failures with multiple services:  Blackboard Learn, Degree Works, Citrix, for UAF, UAA, & UAS, and Service Center.  We believe this is related to the N6040 array issues and are investigating.
