The BLaST program — Biomedical Learning and Student Training — will host a virtual research mixer Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 3:30-5 p.m. This is one of the best opportunities of the year to see what research is happening at UAF, which projects, labs and mentors are currently looking for students, and to network with other students, faculty and researchers.

BLaST mentors, faculty and graduate students will give one-minute "elevator talks" on their research topics and why YOU should join their team! There'll be time to network and chat about each project to find one that interests you!

Submit your elevator talk or presentation by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20.

To attend, please register by noon, Wednesday Oct. 21.
