Bookstore orders, returns, regalia and computers

During these difficult times, the UAF Bookstore is still committed to serving the
UAF community. The doors are closed to the public, but orders for everything from
books to UAF-branded merchandise are being taken online and over the phone, with free shipping.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Alaska time. Call 474-6858 or email 1191mgr@follett.com if you need any assistance.
Rental books
If you are in town and need to return your rental books, instructions and supplies
are available at the door. Simply follow the instructions at the door.
If you are not able to make it to the store, rental books can also be returned through
the mail. Please mail them to 1692 Tok Lane; Fairbanks, AK 99775. Include your name
and contact information with your package.
Once your package is received, it will sit for three days before it is unwrapped and
checked in. The UAF Bookstore understands that there are going to be unique circumstances
for students and will work with you to get through the current circumstance.
Graduation
Orders for graduation regalia are still available for purchase through email. Please
send any inquiries to 1191mgr@follett.com.
Computer packages
Dell computers are currently being offered at discount prices. For these limited time
offers, please email the bookstore manager at 1191mgr@follett.com. Include your name, which computer model you are interested in, shipping address
and a phone number to call you. You will then be contacted for payment.
