Borealis Bistro features New England cuisine

The Borealis Bistro's menu theme for March 12 is New England cuisine. The entree choices
include peppered white fish, New England boiled dinner, fisherman stew, broiled devil
chicken, and fish and chips.The bistro is open Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Hutchison Institute of Technology at 3770 Geist Road. It's operated by the UAF Community and Technical College's culinary arts and hospitality program.
The bistro offers an entree, beverage and choice of soup or salad for a fixed price of $12. It also offers appetizers and desserts for $4 each. Espressos come in a variety of flavors and prices.
