Borealis Bistro is open for Thursday lunch service

The menu has a different focus each week. The Thursday, Feb. 26, theme is French cuisine. Entrée choices include chicken fricassee, salmon en papillette and beef bourguignon.
Meals, which sell for a fixed price of $12, include the entrée, a beverage and a choice of soup or salad.

The Borealis Bistro is operated by the UAF Community and Technical College's culinary arts and hospitality program.
