Many people experienced technical problems while attempting to join the chancellor via webcast for Tuesday's budget forum. A recording of the webcast is available online. It also has some pauses, but its quality may be better than the livestreamed version.

You are also welcome to provide your feedback via the form.

The questions posed prior to the forum are as follows:

• Are there units that should be spared from more budget reductions and why?


• To what areas should we reallocate money as strategic investments?


• Are there program or administrative consolidations we should implement? If yes, what are these?


• Are there processes or programs that we should stop doing? If yes, what are these?


• Are there things UAF administration should be doing to better engage our faculty, staff and students?
