The Bunnell House Childcare Lab School plans to reopen in August for full enrollment
of children ages 3 to 6 years old, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. The
lab school is located at 1793 Chatanika Drive on UAF’s Troth Yeddha’ Campus, in Fairbanks.
The lab school closed in mid-March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and is reopening
now that Alaska has moved into the low-risk COVID-19 zone.
UAF is continuing to explore opportunities to expand childcare to meet the larger
need that exists, and will be providing more updates in the upcoming year. For more
