'Circumpolar' exhibition open for submissions

Submissions to "Circumpolar," a photography exhibition, will be accepted through Feb.
10."Circumpolar" is sponsored by Frozen Lenses, the UAF student photography club.
For many, the word “polar” conjures a isolated, wild and dangerous environment. Some see that description as an invitation. Frozen Lenses would like to see how the circumpolar region calls to you.
The exhibition is open to anyone residing in the state of Alaska. All photographic processes are welcome. For more information or to submit your photos, please visit the exhibition website.
Jeff Schultz, an internationally recognized Alaska photographer and founder of Alaska Stock Images, will serve as juror of entries.
"Circumpolar" will hang April 7-29 at Ursa Major Distilling, 2922 Parks Highway. In addition, all entries selected for the show will be displayed in the Frozen Lenses online gallery and published in an exhibition catalogue.
