Alternative Spring Break team seeks items for auction

The Alternative Spring Break team is looking for donations for its silent auction Feb. 9. The annual event helps raise the $18,000 necessary for the Alternative Spring Break trip. Any item, used or new, that you think someone would love to buy is welcome.
The Alternative Spring Break team will host its annual Pre-Valentine's Day Silent Auction from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Wood Center multilevel lounge. Items range from wine and cheese baskets to cute upholstered furniture.
The event is open to the public, and everyone is encouraged to attend. Some items are available to buy outright. For all others, bidding will close promptly at 4 p.m.
