The vaccine provided this year is the Fluzone inactivated quadrivalent vaccine.

These free clinics are made possible by the UAF Student Health and Counseling Center and the UA Choice Health Care Plan. You do not need your health insurance or PolarExpress cards to participate. The vaccine is not available for individuals on Medicare or Medicaid; those individuals can get their flu shot at local pharmacies.

For more information contact the Student Health and Counseling Center at 474-7043.
