Campus police investigating incident at Patty Center

The University of Alaska Fairbanks Police Department is asking members of the public and the campus community for assistance with an incident reported at the Patty Center on Monday, May 16.
At approximately 7 p.m., police received a report that a man had entered the women’s locker room at the Patty Center and exposed himself to a woman who was in the room. The man then fled on foot. He is described as a white man in his early 20s, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and of average weight and medium build. Witnesses said he was wearing a blue “LA” baseball cap and a blue shirt and noted that he had very light or no eyebrows and no hair visible below the ball cap.
Police are urging members of the public to be aware of their surroundings and to report any suspicious activity to police immediately. In addition, anyone with information about the incident or the suspect is encouraged to contact the UAF police department at 474-7721.
