Changes to key issue process

Facilities Services is making a number of changes aimed at improving campus security. In preparation for the upcoming rekeying of campus buildings this summer, the key issue customer service counter will be closed starting Monday, April 22.

Key request forms will now be accepted at the Facilities Services customer service counter Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., or requests may be submitted on Facilities Services' key request form. It may take up to three business days for keys to be ready, but they are often available for pickup the next business day. Customers will need a valid ID and a signed key authorization form for their keys to be issued.
