Charles receives PhD in Kuskokwim ceremony

Stephen "Walkie" Charles, an instructor in Yup'ik Eskimo with UAF's Alaska Native Language Center, was hooded with his Ph.D. regalia during the 2011 commencement cermony at UAF's Kuskokwim Campus May 6 in Bethel.
