Coffee hour with artist, creative entrepreneur Claire Giordano
February 24, 2021
The event will be hosted on Zoom. RSVP here to receive the Zoom link.
Claire Giordano is an environmental artist and writer creatively exploring stories of science, climate change, and the modern experience of nature. She is an internationally published writer, and in the last three years her painting project documenting vanishing landscapes led to residencies in Washington, Chamonix, Oregon and Greenland. Learn more about her work here or find her on Instagram.
Giordano is also the founder of the Adventure Art Academy, a new monthly collection of watercolor classes shared with a growing group of students. Inspired by the global pandemic and years of sharing her work on social media, these classes are a little different: each one is a mini-adventure filmed entirely outside and gives a true behind the scenes look at an artist’s creative journey and invites you to learn to paint as if you are sitting right there with her.
Giordano is an advocate of transparency in the creative industry and looks forward to talking with you to share her experiences and lessons learned as a freelancer, entrepreneur, and content creator. Come with your questions about any aspect of her work, from business to creativity to freelance work.
