Community Science Night planned in Nome

A Community Science Night is planned in Nome at 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 26
at Nome Elementary School. The admission is free, and community members are encouraged
to join UAF educators for an evening of fun including:
- View our changing world on a large, globe-shaped movie screen
- See a planetarium show
- Interact with a National Geographic Giant Map
- Collect and view your own DNA
- Explore tools used in science
- Look through a microscope
- Examine a human skeleton
