On Tuesday, Aug. 11, Faith Fleagle (UAF eCampus) and Victoria Smith (Student Support Services) will lead a community seminar about bridging social divides with 21st-century learners.

Join them and your colleagues from 1-2 p.m. to examine the psychological impacts of attention-grabbing media and how this correlates to students' maintaining attention and motivation in their college courses.

Ask yourself: How can we as faculty design our courses to recognize and integrate the online contexts that students navigate daily?

Community Seminars in Teaching, Research and Learning is a summer series that invites UAF teachers to learn from one another.

Reserve your seat using this simple form or join via Zoom straight from the eCampus faculty development calendar.
