Compensation review and pay equity

Hello,
I was hoping for some clarification on how the compensation review and pay equity
analysis will be wrapped up. Will employees who should be seeing pay increases and
other equity measures be contacted or informed by someone in advance? Be it someone
in HR or their supervisor? There is certainly a number of us that have fallen through
the cracks in large part due to the lack of guidelines and structure within the University
system for advancement and fair pay. A situation made worse for those of us with apathetic
supervisors who have made no effort to see employees under them be promoted or even
be given step increases. Is there someone who is handling the final review for employees
that can be contacted so that we can find out individually what compensation measures
we might be seeing?
