The Student Health and Counseling Center will begin a four-part series of blogs about humor and wellness to share information about how humor relates to physical health, relationships, learning and a sense of mental wellness, and why humor may have special benefits during high-stress times and ideas for ways to connect with that funny bone.

Everyone has unique approaches to humor and laughter in their lives, so seeking out opportunities to find and create humor will almost certainly have a slightly different meaning for everyone. Follow the counseling blog or stay tuned to future Cornerstones for ways to incorporate humor into your own life.
