Camera Understanding Your Digital Camera, offered by UAF Summer Sessions & Lifelong Learning, is a perfect post-holiday course for those who receive cameras during the holiday.

The WINTERmester course will be held Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 10-11, from 1–6 p.m. The cost is $125.

The course is ideal for those who are dissatisfied with the photos they are taking from their current cameras. Digital cameras are easy to use if you know the basics. This is an opportunity to learn to use your camera effectively.

The instructor, Jason Lazarus,  teaches photography for the UAF Journalism Department.
