CourseLeaf now open year-round

CourseLeaf is now open year-round for faculty to draft and submit curriculum proposals. The submission deadlines are still the same for each catalog year. This means that any proposals submitted now will only be applicable for the 2021-2022 catalog. Faculty, however, can now draft and submit their course and program proposals in CourseLeaf at any time.
