Summer Construction Projects continue around campus. Dining Services has been busy this summer. The Lola Tilly Commons received a face lift and a new chef. Chef Jon Buchholtz, from Atlanta, Ga., is a certified chef de cuisine through the American Culinary Federation. He has over 30 years experience with places such as the Hilton Hotel Corporation, Callaway Gardens Resort, Dalton Golf and Country Club, and the Georgia World Congress Center where he assisted in opening the Georgia Dome.

A couple changes have also been made in the Wood Center food court. Taco Bell was replaced with Construction Taco, which specializes in fajita-style tacos and burritos. Tossed, a 3-step salad shop, was also added, offering you-build-it salads.
