Disparate treatment by chancellor

I have noticed that Chancellor White often refers to female vice chancellors by name and male vice chancellors by title during forums.  The first time I thought it could be accidental/coincidental, but it happened again today during the budget forum and seems to be a pattern.    I find this offensive and frankly, unacceptable given his position.
