Doggy cleanup stations

I love seeing all the dogs on campus this year. Would it be possible to install some doggy cleanup stations around to avoid having to step over the feces on the way across campus? Maybe one installed down by the fields as well? If we are going to be an animal-friendly campus, it would be great if we provided ways for people to clean up after their pets so Facilities is not tasked with it.
