Doug Reynolds, a professor of petroleum and energy economics in the UAF School of Management, participated with the Institute of Social and Economic Research at UAA and the International Association of Energy Economics' local Anchorage affiliation in a panel discussion of the pros and cons of Proposition 1 for Alaska. The panel took place Oct. 12.
