There are dozens of academic programs that are duplicated either in Fairbanks, Anchorage or Juneau. Which of these duplicate programs been eliminated in the past decade? How can the legislature perceive that the university has been cut to the bone when there are so many duplicated academic programs in Fairbanks/Anchorage/Juneau?
