Elimination of duplication across UAA, UAF, UAS

There are dozens of academic programs that are duplicated either in Fairbanks, Anchorage or Juneau.

This has produced a perception of the UA system being able to absorb cuts to certain legislators.

With cuts to programs on the horizon, why not maintain the best programs, and eliminate these duplicated programs?
