Department Emergency Action Plans are part of a U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration requirement and should be completed by all UAF departments. The form is available on the safety website and assistance is available in developing the plan. For more information contact Frances Isgrigg at fysafety@uaf.edu or 474-5413.
