The Alaska NSF EPSCoR Fire and Ice project announces the availability of funding for UA-affiliated individuals to present their research, to interact with colleagues and mentors, and/or to obtain training in science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics, or STEAM, fields. Awards can be used to participate in conferences, workshops, trainings, or other appropriate academic activities, either remotely or in person.

Awards are available for up to $3,500. The application deadline is March 5. Travel and/or participation can commence as early as March 14, 2021, and must be completed by Sep. 1, 2021.
