eSports and Gaming Summit

The School of Management's sports and recreation management program is hosting the inaugural eSports and Gaming Summit on Saturday, March 30, in Wood Center. This free event is open to students, faculty, staff and administrators, and will include sessions by industry experts and UAF departments, activity booths, and live e-sports matches.

Morning sessions are geared  towards UA employees with topics that include e-sport curriculum creation and integration, UA system collaboration, and diversity.

Registration is required by March 15 to attend breakfast, lunch and the keynote address with Mark "Garvey" Candella of Twitch. The sessions and activities are open to all. A full schedule and more information is available on the registration page.
