Lunch service at The Borealis Bistro is officially open for business.
Located at the Hutchison Institute of Technology and operated by UAF Community and Technical College's Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program, The Borealis Bistro was developed to create a real-world training experience for CTC’s professional CAH students.
A fixed-price lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursdays during spring semester. The menu changes weekly. Entrees are served with side dishes, soup or salad, and a beverage.
Reservations in advance are encouraged for planning purposes and so instructors can provide a positive learning environment for students. Please call 455-2902 or email vlord2@alaska.edu for your reservations.
