Expert on gender leadership to visit UAF

Alice Eagly, professor of psychology at Northwestern University is one of the world's
leading expert in gender leadership studies. Eagly will present a public lecture,
“Women as Leaders: Progress Through the Labyrinth” Thursday, April 25 from 6:30 –
7:30 p.m. in the Globe Room in the Elvey Building and a day-long workshop, "Taking
a Fine Balance The Female Leadership Experience" Friday, April 26 from 8:30 a.m. –
3:30 p.m. at the Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge, Jade Room.
Her visit is part of UAF's Northern Leadership Center's distinguished Susan Herman
Speaker Series. Registration is requested for both the lecture and the workshop.
