Facilities Services launches shared warehouse and procurement services

UAF Facilities Services' Warehouse & Procurement Shared Services center is open for business. All UAF departments are encouraged to make use of this center for their purchasing needs.

W&PSS is an opt-in service available on an as-needed basis to departments that do not have the staffing available to handle requests. It can be used on a short-term basis to cover temporary gaps in staffing.

W&PSS can assist with a variety of tasks, including small local orders requiring pickup and delivery to the department, routine online procurement card orders, and requisition entry for large or complex procurements.
