Faculty development workshop April 2

Faculty development, the Graduate School and the Faculty Senate are sponsoring a workshop,
Advising and Mentoring Graduate Students, on Thursday, April 2, at 2:15 p.m.
The goal of workshop is to support faculty working with graduate students, and is
specifically targeted for faculty who are considering advising graduate students for
first time.
Faculty with experience in graduate mentoring are invited to participate to share
their experiences. The workshop will cover current best practices, Graduate School
procedures and review of case studies. The workshop will be offered by Zoom. Contact
