Faculty views of staff

Hello Chancellor White,
I have heard from several coworkers regarding faculty who have voiced some rather
negative views of staff contribution at UAF. This is gravely concerning since these
members are part of Faculty Senate Administrative Committee. I am deeply saddened
that Faculty Senate leadership feel this way. Regardless of the topic at hand, they
should recognize the amazing contribution staff, adjuncts and other faculty (non PhDs)
have made to UAF over the years. To hear this is a slap in the face. I am not looking
forward to the next two years of this Faculty Senate leadership. At this rate how
do they expect to get anything done since they have burnt a huge bridge?
Several Staff Members
