The Research Vessel Sikuliaq leaves Juneau on Feb. 19 during its inaugural voyage to its home port of Seward. The Sikuliaq, pronounced “see-KOO-lee-ack,” is owned by the National Science Foundation and operated by the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
