Federal Research in the Arctic: A Five-Year Plan webinar June 12

Brendan P. Kelly, assistant director for Polar Science, Office of Technology Policy, will present a webinar on Federal Research in the Arctic: A Five-Year Plan at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 12.

At least 13 federal agencies conduct research in the Arctic. Coordination of the gederal efforts is the responsibility of the Interagency Arctic Research Policy Committee. This webinar will include a brief overview of the IARPC five-year plan followed by comments and questions from participants. The presentation will also describe how to submit written comments on the plan, which are due by June 22, 2012.
