Fee differences among military students

I am in the Air Force and take classes at UAF.  I have a friend that is in the Army and he takes classes at UAF. We were comparing our classes and tuition and fees, and I noticed that he does not pay all of the fees that I am paying. Is there something different between the Army and the Air Force?
