Film and social media webinar
March 25, 2021
The UAF Department of Theatre and Film and the IAC content creation program will host a conversation exploring the relationship, contradictions, and
future of social media and film on Tuesday, March 30, at 4 p.m.
Expert panelists whose creative work lives in the intersection of film production
and social media will share their reflections on how the two intersect in every aspect
of traditional film making, from preproduction to production to postproduction. Attendees
can expect to walk away with a deepened understanding of the complex role social media
plays in the lives of artists (and all of us), and new ways of imagining the presence
of social media in our lives moving forward.
